Badri as he is affectionately called is the founder partner of the firm. He is a Commerce Graduate and FCA, DISA (ICAI). After a brief stint in industry he started his career as Practicing Chartered Accountant, in the year 1979. He has specialized in Internal Audit, Management Audit of Companies and Corporations in Core Industrial areas such as  Cement, Paper, Transports, Banks, etc. He was a director in two State Public Sector Undertakings and presently independent director in two companies. His services are sought after in the field of Plantations, Rubber, Cement, Paper, Ceramics and host of other sectors. He is retained as Senior Consultant by large business houses across India.
